General Waiver Terms with respect to German Mills Tennis Club (GMTC) Membership, Programs, Lessons & Other Services
Waivers
This document is in addition to and does not replace all other GMTC waivers.
In enrolling at GMTC for playing tennis or participating in tennis programs or intercounty tennis matches, lessons, social events and summer camps, the participant understands that, in attending the programs and using GMTC facilities, they do so at their own risk. GMTC and its directors, employees, tennis professionals and or contracted agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant and or their family in or about any programs on the club’s premises.
Participants and parents assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or around GMTC premises.
I do (and where applicable other tennis playing members in my family membership category) hereby fully and forever release, discharge and hold harmless GMTC and its directors, employees, tennis professionals and contracted agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any program or use of the GMTC facility.

I also agree that my email address will be used to receive information about GMTC membership, programs, events and any other club related information.
I do hereby authorize GMTC to utilize any and all photographs, pictures, videos or other likeness of my family members and / or me, in GMTC’s promotional materials as needed by the club.
